SHIPPING COSTS:
United Kingdom (mainland): Shipping is calculated at £1.50 for the first item§ and 50p for each subsequent item§ to a maximum of £4.50.
ALL ORDERS OVER £30 ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE DELIVERY.
Other countries: Rates are calculated according to international shipment fees and will appear in your basket at checkout or by clicking "get a quote" in the delivery costs section of the basket page.
§ NB. Box sets or items with "deluxe" packaging or large books may incur higher postage rates than single or double CD sets. Please click "get a quote" in the delivery cost section of the basket page to display shipping rates for your order before going to checkout.
We endeavour to quote the correct and reasonable shipping costs on our website, but if you feel that the delivery quote for your order is incorrect please email us at customerservice@mdcmusic.co.uk and we will investigate and correct any problems as soon as possible.
Before returning any product please send your return request to: returns@mdcmusic.co.uk. We will advise the most practical method of returning the product.
Please note, refunds cannot be given for unnecessary postage / shipping costs. (returns are refunded at second class rate postage only.)
RETURNS POLICY:
Delivery/Shipping Charges
If you are returning any item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the cost of return postage.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
If the product is defective, damaged or incorrect we will replace it with another copy when possible. We will refund the purchase price and cost of return shipping in the event that a replacement is not available. Refunds will only be made when the returned item has satisfactorily been received by us. When returning a defective item please state the exact nature of the fault in order that we can check the fault on our equipment before a refund/replacement. Please note that we require notification/receipt of defective items within 28 days of purchase.
From Receipt of your return please allow 7 working days for processing.
Cancelling an Item
Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for purchases of compact discs, videos, DVDs and other pre-recorded audio products where the item has been unsealed for use or played in any way.
